The Capstone Conference is a central event of the Academic Year. Graduating and recently graduated PSM in Nanoscience students present and defend their Applied Project posters and all PSM students attend; PSM faculty and members of the Advisory Board attend and participate actively.. This year's Capstone Conference took place on Monday April 24, 2017, 3:30 - 5:30 pm as highlighted below. The list of presenters and their Poster titles is available here.
History: The 2012 conference occurred on December 3rd, where we obtained several good photos, some of which have been assembled into a slide-show.
The 2013-14 Capstone Conference took place on April 28th 2014, where 11 graduating students displayed their posters, and many people attended: a great event. This was on the same day as the Annual Advisory Board meeting; the time was a trial, which we have now decided to adopt in future.
The 2014-15 Capstone Conference/ Board Meeting took place on April 20th 2015, where a further 8 students displayed their posters. The slide show on this page is a mixture of all these occasions: a great chance for graduating and current students to mix, discuss, and to present their work to Advisors, Faculty, Advisory Board and to fellow students.
Last year's Capstone Conference took place on April 25, 2016. We had another great occasion, when Students, Alumni, Faculty and Advisory Board members supported our 2015 and 2016 graduating students.
We are grateful to Dr Annastassia Pavloska, herself a distinguished researcher and, as you see, a talented Photographer.
